Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very friendly and helpful service, with arranged pick-ups from the airport making arrival easier. The rooms, despite looking dated, were spacious and clean with great air conditioning, although the firm mattress was not to our liking. The location, overlooking Lake Garda, is beautiful but feels slightly cold and distant from the nearest town. The dining experience provided a delicious variety of choices that we eagerly anticipated nightly. The facilities are well-kept and offer a good overall experience.
When I walked into the room on the 1st floor, I was hit with the strong smell of polish. Despite overlooking a carpark, the classic room was surprisingly spacious with a lovely walk-in shower. It felt a bit over the top with the polish smell, but the size and amenities were impressive.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with large balconies, though lacking certain views. The friendly and helpful service adds to the overall positive experience, despite the need for more experienced staff. The location provides stunning balcony views over the lake, though it is a bit isolated from the main town. The dining experience is a highlight with a great variety of options to enjoy every night. Overall, the facilities are good, but some aspects may require improvement.
The hotel had a huge and really nice room, but the mattress was way too firm for our liking. The location was beautiful, overlooking the lake, but a bit far from the nearest town, making it impossible to walk there. The service was charming, with really polite and helpful staff, especially towards our little toddler. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide range of choices, though some might miss a full English breakfast.
I stayed in a classic room which was very spacious with a nice walk-in shower. While lacking lake or pool views, the large balcony offered beautiful mountain views. However, the initial strong polish odor and some signs of wear and tear were noticeable.
